  • Differentiating (know your “secret sauce” and leverage it)
  • Relevant (offer something that your audience wants and needs).

Real estate agents are building personal brands whether they intend to or not. Creating a strong personal brand is essential for success. To do that, the same rules apply:

  • You need to understand what you really do offer (authenticity)
  • You need to understand the competition (differentiation)
  • You need to understand what the marketplace out there wants (relevancy)
